Hasnain is based out of Dubai, UAE and as Pioneer Consulting Middle East’s Director Permitting & Regulatory Affairs, he brings to the company more than a decade of experience with permitting on various submarine cable projects including SEA-ME-WE-5, SACON, Europe India Gateway (EIG), Gulf Bridge International (GBI), TATA and Bay of Bengal Gateway (BBG). Hasnain has expert knowledge of the permitting regime in the Middle East and the African region and is very familiar with all environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
