BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The industry-leading, international submarine cable integration and consulting firm, Pioneer Consulting, is pleased to announce the addition of Gavin Tully as a Partner in the company. Pioneer Consulting offers a comprehensive set of services for the submarine fiber-optic telecommunications industry including turnkey project management, financial and technical due diligence, engineering and implementation, and market and technical studies.
Previously, Gavin held the role Director of Submarine Solutions and provided international clientele with expertise ranging from market and business case analysis to system design, procurement, and implementation. With 11 years experience in the submarine cable industry, Gavin joins the existing partners, Howard Kidorf and Keith Schofield, as a member of the business leadership team. Over the past three years, Gavin has helped Pioneer Consulting transition into a dynamic and multi-disciplined organization, handling both undersea and terrestrial optical fiber networks to support turnkey and bespoke disaggregated projects.
Though Gavin will continue to provide superior service for his clients, he will be a leading part in the development of Pioneer Consulting’s strategy to support carriers, content providers, suppliers, and investors as they plan, procure, implement, and acquire submarine cable networks worldwide.
