Ai brings to Pioneer Consulting a distinct set of leadership abilities along with experience in corporate finance as Director of Accounting & Operations. Being a senior business leader and strategist, she is skilled in establishing and setting forth efficient business maneuvers and management processes for the company’s back-office operations. Ai also develops procedures and policies to support growth within the company. Her excellent interpersonal skills with customers and contractors, contributes to our strong network of business relationships. Prior to Pioneer Consulting, Ai worked at a Japanese consumer electronic manufacturing company where she helped to grow the start-up to a successful and innovative reverse logistic company. Ai holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Rhode Island.
