Iain Ritson – Edinburgh, UK

A Chartered Engineer (IET), Iain brings to Pioneer Consulting more than 20 years of experience of multi-disciplinary telecommunications projects in submarine and terrestrial environments with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Iain has worked for a number of network operators including: Cable & Wireless, Vodafone and FLAG Telecom, (which developed into Reliance Globalcom and now known as Global Cloud Xchange), as well as Systems integrators in leadership roles such as: project management, engineering, operations and vendor management capacities. Iain holds a BSc in Engineering Systems from Napier University, Edinburgh, an MSc from Loughborough University in Computer Integrated Manufacture and is a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). As Pioneer Consulting’s Director of Client Solutions, Iain is responsible for advising clients in the development of new submarine cable systems.
